Who can become a member?
Membership is available exclusively to IBV Vault clients. However, non-vault members are welcome to apply for membership through our website to access preferred pricing and benefits.
How do I become an IBV Gift of Gold member?
Simply complete the online membership form and provide your full name, ID number, and Vault account number. Membership is R600 per year or R50 per month.
What benefits do members receive?
Members enjoy preferred pricing on select products, early access to limited collections, exclusive event invitations, and luxury partner privileges.
How can I purchase an item?
Browse our online store and complete your purchase directly on the website. Please ensure that you include your Membership Number (Vault account number) at checkout.
How are products delivered?
All purchases are delivered via insured courier to your nominated address or can be collected in person from our IBV Gift of Gold team by prior arrangement.
